Fractora skin treatment is a fractional rejuvenation and resurfacing treatment that reduces wrinkles to slow the effects of aging and restore skin to its youthful appearance. Fractora lets you look and feel younger.

The end outcome of this impactful treatment is unparalleled skin remodelling that gives a dramatic, positive impact on lines and wrinkles, cystic acne, acne scars and powerfully boosts your skin’s collagen and elastin. This minimally invasive treatment can be used on the face and/or body with far less downtime than other fractionated technologies.

86% “Real Self Worth It” rating (as at 2018). “Fractora is a radiofrequency microneedling treatment that can improve skin quality to the Face, Neck and other parts of the body with minimal downtime” says Dr. Naveen Setty, a Dallas plastic surgeon. “It can treat fine lines, large pores, uneven skin tone, stretch marks and skin laxity.”

Fractora is a cosmetic treatment using pulses of radiofrequency to tighten and resurface the skin. These pulses are administered to the skin’s surface and are channelled deep down into the dermis using fine microneedles. This helps access the deeper structures of the soft tissue, for a more thorough and comprehensive firming effect.

Fractora is a colour blind treatment that works on all skin types, by causing the skin to contract when producing newly-formed Collagen fibres. This then has a long-term impact on the skin’s firmness and texture, leaving behind a complexion which looks and feels healthier and far more youthful.

Fractora treatments essentially mimic minor injury to the skin, so the body then responds by trying to heal itself. This provides a boost to the Collagen fibres that are naturally prominent in the peak of youth, and therefore skin appears remarkably more healthy and in the best possible condition.

How Long Does It Take?

Sessions of Fractora typically take no longer than 1 hour to carry out, and the effects are almost instant. You will then see visible improvements over the course of the next few months.

Are There Any Side Fffects?

As Fractora is somewhat invasive, creating superficial surface wounds so the body is able to heal itself, you may experience moderate redness, swelling, minor bruising, temporary pigment changes and/or pimpling. These however, are all likely to subside within 3-7 days of treatment, although can vary from patient to patient.

How Long Is The Recovery?

You should expect to accommodate around 3-5 days worth of downtime following traditional Fractora, make up can be worn from day 3. During this time, you may wish to use a cold compress to curb swelling and redness, and apply ample moisturiser. This will help to promote rapid healing and keep the skin hydrated whilst it recuperates

How Long Will The Results Last?

Fractora treatments are permanent. That said, skin will inevitably become more lax as we age and additional treatment is recommended to maintain collagen and elastin stimulation over time. Revisiting your practitioner at 12 month intervals will be more than enough to keep skin firm, smooth and wrinkle-free for years to come.

How Quickly Will I See Results?

Visible results can be seen immediately, but typically after two weeks the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment.

Can It Be Combined With Other Treatments?

Yes, Fractora can be used in the same treatment session or a few days after other treatments. Fractora can also be combined with additional energy treatments or injection treatments to achieve a more extensive full-face result.

What Areas Can Be Treated?

Fractora can be used on any areas that can benefit from skin renewal. The most commonly treated areas include lower eyelid, upper eyelid, smile lines, forehead, cheeks, mouth, and neck. Face and body areas that exhibit wrinkles, discoloration or acne scarring are suitable for treatment.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

Depending on your Fractora treatment plan, you can expect to have between 1-4 sessions.

What Kind Of Post-procedure Care Is Required?

Patients should moisturize the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure. It is also recommended that patients use a good, broad-spectrum sunscreen every day. In addition to reducing their future risk of skin cancer, sunscreens also reduce wrinkles and slow the aging process.
